• You are a Social Pedagogue HF/FH or have a qualification recognised by us as equivalent
• Self-determination, participation, inclusion and empowerment are lived attitudes for you
• You meet people with respect, curiosity, humour and a good dose of composure
• You take responsibility, think independently and still enjoy working in a team
• You can cope with irregular working hours such as evening, weekend and public holiday shifts – housing rarely adheres to office hours

Who we are

The Bubenberg Foundation in Spiez supports around 30 adults with support needs in living, working and shaping their everyday life. We are not only interested in what someone needs support with – but above all, what is possible. Self-determination, participation and a good life according to one’s own ideas are not buzzwords for us, but our daily mission.
