In the electrical sector, the Eglin Group comprises 14 companies in Aargau and Dietikon, specialising in electrical installations, building automation, telecommunications, video surveillance, and IT.
For our location in Muttenz, we are looking to strengthen our team with a team leader immediately or by arrangement.
Your Qualifications
• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer EFZ and ideally have further training as a safety advisor or EIT team leader.
• Additionally, you bring several years of professional and leadership experience.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm combined with a high sense of responsibility, as well as an independent working style and assertiveness, characterise your personality.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and competently leading your team.
• Besides very good German skills, you also have good PC user knowledge and a category B driving licence.
Your Area of Responsibility
• You are responsible for low and high voltage installations in new builds and renovations for clients in various sectors such as banks, administrations, public authorities, or industry.
• You take on the leadership of an installation team (planning, personnel allocation...).
• Coordination with architects and specialist planners, as well as managing and controlling reporting, are also part of your duties.
• Ensuring and complying with occupational safety complete your area of responsibility.
