Health Specialist EFZ (80 - 100%)

• You share responsibility for basic and treatment care with the aim of achieving the best possible individual well-being for our residents
• You regularly take on daily responsibility
• You perform medical procedures and are jointly responsible for medication management
• You carry out administrative care tasks and maintain care documentation
• You assist with the RAI assessment of residents
• Participation in exciting projects rounds off your range of tasks

• Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ
• Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care or a strong motivation to enter long-term care
• You are a team player, flexible, possess high empathy and enjoy caring for elderly people
• Enjoy working in a lively team
• You have strong social skills, organisational abilities and enjoy learning new things
• Very good written and spoken communication skills (German/Swiss German)
