On behalf of our client, an established real estate company in the Bern region, we are looking to hire a Property Accountant 80-100% by arrangement. Your tasks with the new employer

• You will manage various property accounting tasks including rent management as well as creditor and debtor accounting
• Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing heating and ancillary cost statements as well as monthly and annual financial statements
• You will carefully maintain and check master data and financially relevant transactions in a modern ERP system
• You will actively support internal and external contacts with accounting-related questions

You offer your new employer

• You have a commercial basic education with further training in property accounting or in finance and accounting at the professional certificate level
• Several years of practical experience in property accounting form the ideal profile
• You bring good IT user skills and fluent knowledge of German
