The HMR Trust Group is an independent fiduciary company with a personal closeness to our clients and short decision-making paths.

We deliberately do not belong to a larger fiduciary group or an international network. This allows us to decide independently, act pragmatically, and further develop our way of working in a way that suits our clients and our team.

We also rely on a pragmatic approach to digitalisation. We are not yet fully digitalised in all areas – but have already modernised many processes in recent years and continuously develop them further.

What is crucial for us is that new solutions bring real added value in everyday life, comply with data protection regulations, and are not used just because they are currently trendy.

Today, among others, we work with Abacus, EBICS, AbaScan, DeepBox, as well as our own cloud solution for secure data exchange. At the same time, we are intensively engaged with new digital possibilities and the sensible and secure use of AI in the fiduciary environment.

We are curious, open to change, and want to continuously develop our processes together with our team.

In doing so, we combine proven fiduciary craftsmanship with modern solutions – step by step and with healthy pragmatism.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a trustee personality to complement the team in Altendorf SZ.

Do you bring fiduciary experience? We have the suitable scope (60-100%) in Altendorf.

Not every career in fiduciary work follows the same path – and not every good specialist fits into a fixed job profile.

Perhaps you already independently manage mandates today. Perhaps you want to take the next step after several years in fiduciary work. Perhaps you bring a lot of experience but no federal professional certificate. Or you have so far specialised in individual areas and want to broaden your scope in the future.

Possible is, for example, a role in independent case processing with development prospects, managing your own mandates, or – if you already have the appropriate experience – a role as mandate manager.
