- Acquiring new customers as well as expanding existing business relationships domestically and internationally
- Conducting sales and contract negotiations until the successful conclusion of customer projects and contracts
- Processing and responding to relevant tenders for the assigned products and services
- Creating sales and action plans to achieve the defined commercial goals as well as being responsible for order intake in the assigned sales area
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships including managing the Customer Development Plans for assigned customers and customer segments
- Supporting Commercial and Bid Management in the technical and commercial preparation of offers
- Supporting operational Service Delivery through Customer Support, After-Sales activities, and planning
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering) or commercial or technical training with appropriate further education
- Several years of professional experience in sales or key account management, ideally in the aviation sector
- Experience in developing and managing sales strategies, identifying market potentials, and budget responsibility in the sales environment
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in German and English
- Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and closing strength in contract and sales environments
- High empathy, resilience, and ability to cope under pressure as well as confident appearance even in demanding situations
