For our interdisciplinary private ward with integrated specialised inpatient palliative care at the Burgdorf location, which has over 24 beds and approximately 46 employees as well as students and trainees, we are looking for a

Your tasks – versatile and responsible
- You independently, professionally, and according to current nursing knowledge care for and support our patients
- As the leader of a nursing group, you work closely with health professionals, nursing assistants, as well as students and trainees
- You confidently manage the nursing process including the recording of material and nursing services, supported by our clinical information system, and are committed to the ongoing optimisation of nursing procedures
- In supporting students and trainees, you pass on your knowledge and promote the next generation of professionals
Your profile – professionally skilled and personally convincing
- You have completed training as a certified nursing specialist (AKP, DN II, HF, FH), ideally with professional experience in the acute sector
- You find the broad medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- The well-being of patients is at the centre of your work and you treat people with respect and appreciation
- You work reliably and conscientiously and gladly take on responsibility
- Your professional and personal development is important to you
- Fluent German completes your profile (for foreign-language diplomas, level B2 is required)
