Senior Business Development Manager: Medical Nutrition / Nutrition Consultant (80-100%)

For the strategic development of our Medical Nutrition division, we are looking for a professionally convincing personality who combines nutritional counselling, market development, and customer development. In this newly created role, you will actively shape the development of a strategically important business field and the future of artificial nutrition in Switzerland.

As Senior Business Development Manager: Medical Nutrition, you will take on a key role in building our Medical Nutrition business field. You will develop market, customer, and sales concepts, analyse potentials, and implement sustainable solutions for artificial nutrition together with internal and external partners. As a professional contact person, you will share your knowledge in training sessions, workshops, and presentations, support our sales and service organisation, and contribute your expertise to the further development of services, processes, and communication content. Furthermore, you will represent IVF HARTMANN at specialist events and with customers. If necessary, you will conduct professional nutritional counselling and nutritional screenings within billable frameworks.

Competencies:

• Completed training as a nutrition consultant with a qualification recognised in Switzerland for billing medically prescribed nutritional counselling
• Sound knowledge in the field of clinical nutrition; experience in outpatient or long-term care is an advantage
• Conceptual skills to analyse professional, legal, and market requirements, translate them into successful concepts, and implement them directly in practice
• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping a new business field together with the team
• Willingness to travel (10-20%) and very good German language skills; knowledge of French and/or Italian is an advantage
