Join us in building the new location in Thun At the new location at Rathausplatz in Thun, we connect two strong concepts: The sustainable Restwert project, where people in professional integration refurbish used items and offer them for resale on 0000
online platforms, as well as a sales store for our self-produced products. You will help shape this unique place from the very beginning - participation-oriented, co-creating, and meaningful. Together, we create a space that unites integration, ecological thinking, and social sustainability. Your tasks

Co-responsibility for the establishment and further development of the Hub aareBrügg, with the Restwert project Thun
Independent organization and execution of commercial and administrative tasks
Active participation in the joint implementation of the service offering
Educational support and guidance for people in an integration measure at the workplace
Vermittlung von beruflichen Schlüsselkompetenzen sowie individuelle Förderung im Arbeitsalltag
Co-designing a supportive, resource-oriented work atmosphere
Quality assurance throughout the entire process - from goods receipt to online sales
Cooperation with internal departments and bringing in your own ideas

Your profile

Completed commercial training (EFZ) and at least 2 years of professional experience
Experience in work integration is an advantage
Independent, responsible, and structured working style
Enjoyment in collaborating with people
Confident and routine communication in writing and speech
Basic knowledge in accounting is an advantage
Proficient use of PC programs (Office, online platforms, databases)
Quick comprehension and decision-making ability
Team spirit, resilience, and flexibility
