Process Technician Intralogistics (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Process Technician Intralogistics (m/f/d) to complement our team, continuously optimize our production processes, and actively support the introduction of new products and technologies.

What tasks will you take on?

You will:

• ensure the implementation and further development of the continuous improvement process as well as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• define and coordinate material flow and storage levels, including through Kanban control loops and replenishment strategies.
• take over the verification of master data, for example in bills of materials or inventory discrepancies.
• provide first-level support and be the contact person for logistics questions, for example regarding bill of materials errors or SAP access for new employees.
• create process analyses and derive improvement measures from them.
• prepare training materials and conduct employee training and coaching.
• support the introduction of new products, processes, and equipment.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• have a basic education as a logistics specialist EFZ or a technical education with several years of logistics experience (ideally with further training as a logistics specialist or process specialist).
• bring experience with project and lean methods.
• are proficient in MS Office and have very good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP.
• are curious, process- and technology-affine, and think analytically.
• have very good German skills; English is an advantage.
• communicate clearly, organize confidently, and work proactively with interfaces.
