YOUR TASKS

• In this central management role, you act as a link between the doctors, the secretarial management and the staff, actively contributing to the design of new structures
• With your passion for operational work, you ensure smooth routine operations and actively collaborate with the radiology specialists in day-to-day business
• As a leader, you motivate and develop the radiology specialist staff through targeted coaching and sustainable support
• With efficient personnel deployment planning, optimised workflows and clear communication channels, you ensure smooth daily operations
• You take responsibility for radiation protection and ensure the highest standards
• You ensure the complete and correct recording of all services and oversee their approval
• With your strong conceptual and organisational skills, you play a key role in the planning, procurement and implementation of new equipment

YOUR PROFILE

• You are a certified radiology specialist HF or hold an equivalent diploma recognised by the SRK
• In addition, you have completed leadership training and have several years of experience in a management role
• You possess sound knowledge of the Swiss Radiation Protection Act and have a good technical understanding of IT systems
• Your very good German language skills, both spoken and written, enable smooth communication
• Your responsible, flexible and resilient personality, combined with a high degree of discretion, rounds off your profile
