What you bring

• Professional expertise: Thanks to your experience in insurance consulting, with a specialisation in pension and finance, you have a thorough mastery of the sector and its products. You advise our clients, develop financial and retirement plans, support and train client advisors, conduct training sessions, and are the reference person for all questions related to pensions.
• Market analysis: You carry out market analyses and develop prospecting strategies to identify and seize development opportunities in the fields of pensions and finance.
• Development of the Pension and Finance business: You actively participate in the creation and development of our business around insurance and banking solutions (for example wealth management or investment funds) in the areas of pensions and wealth. Thanks to your expertise, you contribute to developing new business opportunities and represent Helvetia at events, networking activities, and occasions aimed at promoting pension and finance topics.
• Relationship development and working in tandem: You work closely with client advisors in a true tandem approach. You support them in their efforts, assist in their success, and actively contribute to offering our clients comprehensive and quality advice. At the same time, you develop your network within Helvetia as well as in the market.
• Teamwork: As a member of our community of pension and wealth experts, you actively contribute to the development of technical and commercial skills in these areas within Helvetia.

Your profile

• Professional expertise :You have a higher education or recognised diploma as well as several years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Entrepreneurial spirit : You are enthusiastic, able to convey your energy, and enjoy the challenges related to creating and developing a business. You like collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills : You are comfortable in exchanges and know how to explain complex topics in a simple and accessible way.
• Analytical mindset : You have an affinity for numbers, a global vision of issues, as well as excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Client orientation : Client satisfaction is at the heart of your priorities and you do everything possible to best meet their needs.
