Your Tasks
- Performing psychiatric care within the framework of the nursing process and a patient-oriented care system
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans using modern nursing diagnoses
- Digital and professional nursing documentation as well as targeted patient observation
- Promoting everyday skills, social training, and conducting individual and group nursing activities
- Professional crisis intervention and appropriate action in everyday nursing
- Participation in structured weekly plans as well as visits, case discussions, staff meetings, and supervisions
Your Profile
- Successfully completed training in nursing, e.g., as nursing assistant, nursing specialist, or curative education nurse
- High level of social competence as well as an appreciative and empathetic basic attitude
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor towards patients, relatives, and caregivers as well as external institutions
- Strong teamwork skills, reliability, willingness to cooperate, and high commitment
- Confident and respectful communication behavior in an interdisciplinary environment
