We are looking for support for our nursing team at the Gontenschwil location from 1 November or by arrangement.

Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.
With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Your tasks

• Medical and nursing care of our patients (excluding basic care) on all shifts
• Management and further development of group offerings / indication groups
• Care of patients as a key contact person according to the internal DBT addiction concept
• Participation in interdisciplinary reports, ward rounds, team meetings and site discussions
• Contribution to the implementation and further development of nursing standards and the therapy concept
• Supervision of students and trainees in practice
• Assumption of areas of responsibility within nursing

Your profile

• Qualification as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP)
• Professional experience in the addiction field and/or the psychiatric specialist field is an advantage
• Flexibility, integrity, composure and patience are some of your strengths
• You describe yourself as an open, motivated, responsible, resilient and team-oriented personality
• Confidentiality and trustworthiness are a matter of course for you
• Car driving licence including car (no public transport connection in shift work)
