For our Elements business unit, we are looking for a personality who shows initiative, enjoys thinking in networks, and confidently manages operational planning immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the operational production planning and control of the assigned product groups
• Ensuring realistic scheduling and capacity planning considering customer demand, material availability, and production capacities
• Responsibility for the master data of the assigned products
• Hub function between production, assembly, purchasing, and other relevant interfaces
• Active participation in shaping and further developing planning processes and methods in a LEAN-oriented, dynamic production environment
• Professional support of projects, especially regarding planning and procurement-related issues

Your profile

• Technical basic training and several years of experience in AVOR, PPS, or production planning
• Good knowledge of production planning, capacity control, and material disposition
• Very good SAP skills, ideally in the MM/PP area
• Experience in a dynamic production environment and understanding of LEAN principles
• Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as a good understanding of cross-departmental contexts
• Independent, reliable, and proactive working style as well as high resilience
• Team-oriented personality with good organisational and communication skills
