About the job
This is Spitex Klettgau-Randen
We are a medium-sized Spitex organisation in the canton of Schaffhausen (Klettgau) and care for clients from 7 municipalities with a total of around 14,000 inhabitants. Our modern Spitex centre is located in the middle of the town of Neunkirch.
What to expect with us
Nursing and care of our clients at home as well as in our outpatient clinic
Professional responsibility for our psychiatric clients
Support and accompaniment in crisis situations as well as difficult life circumstances
Creation and monitoring of individual care plans
Work within the primary nursing system
Coordination and maintenance of interdisciplinary exchange with psychiatric specialists, doctors, relatives and other professional bodies
What you bring with you
Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF, AKP or DNII
At least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing
Ideally experience in outpatient care settings
Basic training interRAI HC with CMH or willingness to further training
Strong advisory skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Reliable, flexible and independent working style
Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
Enjoyment in dealing with people of different origins and worldviews
Ability to adapt to changing situations
Knowledge of common IT programmes
Driving licence category B as well as own car
