As Shift Supervisor AEMP, you coordinate and prioritise the workflows within your shift, provide professional support to the staff, and actively participate in the operational work. Together with the team, you ensure a safe, efficient, and quality-compliant reprocessing process.

Your main tasks
- Organisation, coordination, and prioritisation of workflows within the shift
- Professional guidance and support of staff as well as ensuring defined processes and requirements
- Active participation in operational work and support in all areas of reprocessing
- Ensuring customer- and process-oriented service as well as coordination with internal and external interfaces
- Monitoring of processes and equipment as well as early detection and handling of deviations, risks, and disruptions
- Ensuring and documenting the required routine, process, and sample checks
- Participation in projects and process optimisations as well as support of group management in the further development of the AEMP
Your profile
- Completed training as a Medical Device Technologist EFZ or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years of professional experience in the AEMP
- Further training in Expertise II (mandatory)
- Confident handling of IT and documentation systems (e.g. batch documentation systems)
- Ability to organise and prioritise workflows as well as to professionally lead staff
- High problem-solving skills, resilience, and decision-making ability in operational work
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to work in shifts (3-shift system) as well as on weekends and public holidays
- High physical and mental resilience as well as the ability to keep an overview and act in a structured manner even in demanding situations
