For our client, an internationally active industrial company in the Lucerne area, we are looking for an experienced leader with proven expertise in group accounting and taxation. In this responsible key position, you will take over the management of central finance and tax functions and actively shape the further development of the finance organisation as well as its processes and systems.
Head of Group Accounting & Tax (m/f/d) - [A016209]
Your Tasks
- You lead the areas of Group Accounting, Accounting Switzerland and Group Tax and continuously develop your team
- You are responsible for IFRS-compliant group accounting as well as monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- You optimise the finance system landscape and processes and lead the Product Owner Finance, especially in the SAP FI/CO area
- You coordinate the group audit as well as the local annual audits
- You are responsible for the group-wide tax strategy, tax governance, tax compliance and tax risk management
- You support acquisitions, restructurings and international projects on tax matters and coordinate tax audits
Your Profile
- Completed university degree in business administration, finance or accounting, ideally complemented by a qualification as a certified auditor
- Several years of experience in leading group accounting and tax in an internationally active industrial company
- Sound IFRS knowledge, experience with complex group financial statements and expertise in international tax law
- Experience with internal control systems, audits, regulatory requirements and finance processes
- Knowledge of ERP, consolidation and reporting systems; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills as well as confident stakeholder management at management and board level
