SRK Nursing Assistant 40-60%

• You work independently and yet are not alone — you have freedom in organising your work, and within the team there is exchange of experience and mutual support
• Your commitment is in the right place — directly at people’s homes. Through your support, they gain independence and experience relief
• You assist our clients with basic care according to individual needs
• You look after and support our clients in everyday life, e.g. accompanying joint shopping trips or preparing meals
• You ensure compliance with hygiene guidelines and also take on domestic tasks
• Your workplace covers the entire city of Bern including the agglomeration (e.g. Ostermundigen, Köniz, Muri near Bern). If, for example, you live in the east of Bern, we will try to schedule you here if possible. You are constantly on the move and enjoy fresh air

• You have training as an SRK nursing assistant
• You are flexible and accustomed to working independently
• Your several years of professional experience in long-term care or the Spitex sector is not a requirement but an advantage
• You have a pleasant, friendly manner and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations
• You have your own car and a category B driving licence
