Founded in 1997, AxelCare SA is based in Bevaix (Neuchâtel) and operates throughout Switzerland. Recognised by health insurers, AxelCare contributes to patients remaining at home by providing quality care through its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the home healthcare sector. AxelCare offers its services in the fields of respiratory care and artificial nutrition, to patients at home and in institutions.

We are looking to complete our Patient Service team with:

A Billing Specialist

Fixed-term contract of approximately 5 months at 100%

Immediate start

YOUR TASKS

• Check billing to health insurance funds and/or patients
• Handle refusals from health insurance funds
• Process billing reminders
• Keep patient information up to date regarding insurance validity
• Handle requests received by e-mail
• Maintain good collaboration with various internal and external partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Federal diploma as a pharmacy assistant or commercial employee
• Proficiency with common IT tools and ease in learning new software
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Proactivity and commitment
• Knowledge of Swiss German is an asset
