In this exciting role, you will gain in-depth insights into financial market law and apply your analytical and investigative skills purposefully. You will conduct investigations into possible unauthorised activities and deal with innovative business models.
Main tasks
- Conducting investigations against companies and individuals suspected of violating financial market licensing requirements
- Financial market law assessment of the identified activities
- Development of measures to protect investors and enforce licensing requirements
- Representation of investigations and analyses before internal decision-making bodies
- Participation in consolidating and further developing enforcement practices
Profile
- Completed Master’s degree (MLaw) in law at a Swiss university
- Initial practical experience in the financial or legal sector is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills and interest in structured, investigative fact-finding
- Independent, careful and reliable working style
- Very good German skills (C2) as well as good knowledge of English, French or Italian (B2)
