In our specialist retail department, everything revolves around the smooth handling of kitchens and the optimal preparation for our production. Your role

As an internal sales clerk, you are the central contact point for our customers, the specialist trade, and our production. Your main task: smooth order processing – from the first inquiry to successful implementation. You ensure that all processes mesh efficiently and that our customers are always well taken care of.

You can also look forward to

• Order processing: You coordinate the entire ordering process, check orders for feasibility, and ensure timely implementation.
• Material availability: You keep an overview of materials and ensure they are available on time (appliances, merchandise, etc.).
• Complaint management: Challenges such as defects or complaints are seen by you as an opportunity to prove yourself as a problem solver and make our customers happy.

With these skills, you are well prepared

• You have completed training – this can be commercial or technical
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in order processing and customer contact
• Technical understanding is essential for this role to quickly grasp and apply complex contexts
• Solid communication skills in German are a must. If you also speak French, that is a big plus!
• Proficient in handling IT applications such as MS Office, CRM, ERP, and Winner
