About the job
In the field of corporate taxes, it is not only about supporting companies in complying with regulations. We also advise nationally or internationally active companies regarding relevant tax regulations and developments. This enables them to build efficient structures, consider the tax implications of possible business models, and avoid tax risks.
As a valuable team member, you will advise clients (both companies and private individuals) on various tax matters and contribute to the management of demanding projects.
Your Impact
- Support the consulting of legal entities from various sectors and industries on tax matters.
- Handle challenging and complex tax inquiries from our national and international clients to achieve the best possible results.
- Lead demanding projects such as national and cross-border corporate restructurings, purchase and sale transactions, as well as adjustments to the value chain.
- Benefit from successful exchange throughout the entire tax and legal department to develop quickly both personally and professionally.
Your Skill Set
- Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in economics or law.
- Show your flair for legal issues and business contexts as well as your affinity for numbers. Actively contribute your interests and thus help the success of our team.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in taxes and ideally already have some prior knowledge. Be flexible, persistent, and open to challenging and complex situations.
- Be confident in German and have very good English skills.
