Our client is a modern trust company in the city of Lucerne. Both companies and private individuals appreciate the wide range of services and regularly make use of them. To expand the team, we are looking for a person who wants to take the step into the trust sector with solid expertise or who already has relevant industry experience.

Your tasks

• Managing SME mandates with up to approx. 20 employees
• Maintaining financial accounting and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparing and processing VAT returns
• Carrying out payroll processing including social security accounting
• Supporting the preparation of tax declarations for natural and legal persons
• Participating in interim and annual financial statements according to OR
• Independently preparing financial statements according to OR (with appropriate experience)
• Advising and maintaining direct contact with our clients

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in the trust sector
• Professional certificate in finance and accounting and/or relevant professional experience
• Experience in financial accounting, payroll processing, and tax matters is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swiss VAT and accounting according to OR
• Independent, precise, and customer-oriented working style
• Responsible, team-oriented, and communicative personality
• Applicants seeking entry into the trust sector with relevant basics or experience are also warmly welcome
• German: Business fluent (C2)
