Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) – Focus on Process Engineering & Thermal Plant Construction (80–100%)

Innospin AG is a specialised engineering office for thermal energy plants with many years of experience in consulting, planning and implementation. To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed mechanical engineer (m/f/d) for the plant construction sector.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

• Plant Design: Process engineering dimensioning of thermal energy plants as well as core components and piping systems.
• Engineering & Specification: Creating R&I flow diagrams (P&ID), requirement profiles and technical specifications.
• Procurement & Supplier Management: Evaluation, technical comparison and negotiation of supplier offers.
• Project & Sales Support: Close exchange with project management as well as technical support of sales in the acquisition phase.

Your Profile

• Education: Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, ideally with a focus on process engineering or thermodynamics.
• Professional Experience: Initial or several years of experience in process engineering plant planning, preferably in the thermal energy plant segment.
• Basics: A technical basic training (e.g. as a draftsman) is an advantage.
• Languages & Mobility: Very good German skills; good English skills for international projects. Occasional willingness to travel (max. 10%) for commissioning, supplier visits or on-site appointments.
• Soft Skills: Independent, structured working style and team spirit.
