ROLE:
Review the sales pipeline, ensuring reliability of data in the CRM tool.
Collect, consolidate and analyse monthly sales reports and perform ad hoc reporting for top management.
Collaborate with internal commercial stakeholders to understand business objectives and to help prioritize projects that will maximize business impact.
Act as a business key user for the CRM and ensure the tool is properly used to support business development activities worldwide.
Bridge business and IT to ensure continuous enhancements of the CRM platform.
PROFILE:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration or a Commercial related area.
Experience with BI technology and CRM tools (Salesforce) are a must.
Strong analytical mindset, willing to foster a data-driven culture and provide recommendations that will enable the business to take more informed decisions.
A willingness to understand the wider business that the CRM tool is supporting.
Acting as a facilitator and a coordinator internally, able to think proactively, eager to learn.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English and in French.
