About the job
Our client is a growing small business in timber construction, specialising in high-quality and customised projects. To support and further develop the company, we are looking for a committed and qualified individual as a Carpenter Project Manager.
Your tasks:
- Coordination and supervision of construction site projects
- Guidance and instruction of employees on site
- Procurement and scheduling of materials
- Consultation with architects and clients on technical matters
- Support with office work and administrative tasks
- Active participation in the further development and possible expansion of the company
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Carpenter EFZ
- Further training as a foreman
- Ideally experience with CAD programmes
- Organisational skills and leadership competence
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking
- Motivation to take responsibility in a small company and drive its development forward
