About the job
Do you want to do more than just talk about digitalisation, but actively shape it?
With us, you work on client projects from the very beginning and gradually take on responsibility during your studies.
Why this role?
With us, you shape the digital transformation of companies from the initial idea to successful implementation. Together with our clients, you develop digital solutions, new business models, and innovative applications of technologies – hands-on and with real impact.
We work where business, technology, and people come together – strategically, operationally, and with a focus on real implementation. For this, we are looking for people with ownership, curiosity, and a desire to drive things forward.
Your role is demanding: You can expect a dynamic environment with a lot of personal responsibility and direct influence on projects and results. This challenges you but also gives you the opportunity to grow quickly.
Your impact
With us, doing is at the forefront in client mandates:
You work on client projects from the start and actively and purposefully contribute your knowledge
You analyse processes, requirements, and data flows and develop solutions from them
You plan and moderate workshops together with experienced consultants
You develop new digitalisation approaches and bring ideas through to implementation
You actively contribute to a positive corporate culture through your ideas and initiatives
You gradually take on more personal responsibility, up to leading your own client mandates
You continuously strengthen your network and use it for the sustainable development of clients and market potentials
Depending on your interests, you can specialise in: Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, IT Project Management, Process Engineering, Data Analytics / BI, or Innovation & Strategy, Corporate, Organisational Development & Change.
What you bring
You are in the penultimate or final semester of your Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field
You have a strong affinity for technologies and digitalisation
You enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in teams and client contact
You have already gained practical experience (ideally in the digitalisation environment)
You want to take ownership and develop quickly in a demanding environment
You recognise where AI creates added value in everyday work and use it deliberately and responsibly
What to expect from us
Early responsibility instead of "assistance"; you are part of projects with real added value from the start
Learning in a real project context instead of theoretical programmes
Diverse projects in sectors such as public, non-profit, construction & real estate, as well as industrial companies, where you can specifically develop your professional focus areas
Interdisciplinary collaboration with different departments, clients, and experienced consultants
Scope for design, where your interests help determine the direction of your development
A culture you can help shape, with room for ideas, short communication paths, and genuine responsibility
Flexible working models to balance study, work, and private life
Shared breaks through company holidays with clear recovery phases for the whole team

Also send us a short motivation video telling us why you want to join our consultancy and why you are convinced that you are the right person for sieber&partners.
Don’t worry: Your video doesn’t have to be perfect or professionally produced. An authentic video with your smartphone is completely sufficient. We are mainly interested in who you are, what motivates you, and why you want to be part of our team. If a video is not an option for you, you can instead submit a motivation letter.
