To complement our team, we are looking for a
Deputy Head of Department Resident Services
(Employment level 70% - 80%)
Your area of responsibility with us
In this versatile role, you are an important point of contact for the population and take on a central role in our administration. You independently manage the resident, foreigner and dog registers and support the AHV branch office as well as the funeral services, especially in the sealing process and in the administration of wills.
As a practical trainer, you accompany our apprentices during their training. In addition, you assist with the preparatory work for elections and referendums and support the conduct of elections. The counter and telephone service complements your varied range of tasks.
If interested, there is the possibility to additionally take over the secretariat of the Gantrisch Civil Protection Organisation.
In the absence of the Head of Department, you assume their deputy role within the scope of the delegated powers.
What you bring with you
You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) – ideally with experience in public administration – as well as very good IT skills (MS Office, Innosolv City, CMI, NIL/NIL+).
