Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for the angiological department of Morges Hospital for a:
Medical Assistant (M/F) at 80% (day off on Thursday)
Permanent contract, starting May 1, 2026 or to be agreed

YOU HAVE
- A CFC diploma as a medical assistant, or an equivalent recognized title.
- A strong interest in administrative tasks.
- Flexibility and versatility to provide doctors with quality support in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
- A good team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Recognized skills in using computer tools as well as excellent spelling.
- A strong team spirit, autonomy, and the desire to evolve in an environment promoting collegiality.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and good priority management allowing you to cope with a constantly evolving activity.
- Good interpersonal skills enabling harmonious collaboration with various medical and nursing staff.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the reception and orientation of patients
- Ensure the coordination of documents for patients who will undergo surgery.
- Manage the billing of medical acts.
- Follow up on all daily administrative tasks contributing to the smooth running of the institution such as managing emails and schedules.
- Be responsible for the preparation, follow-up, and archiving of patients' physical medical records
- Type, proofread, and transmit medical reports and examination results to internal and external doctors within appropriate deadlines.
- Guarantee an excellent patient experience on a daily basis.
- Manage telephone duty and message taking.
- Provide care, ensure clinical monitoring of patients, and assist doctors during specific interventional and non-interventional care.
- Perform common diagnostic services: conventional radiology, laboratory, ECG, Remler, Apnealink, etc.
