What awaits you:

• Independent processing of business transactions as well as account reconciliations
• Handling and monitoring of payment transactions
• Processing and checking of invoices, receipts, and vouchers
• Assistance with monthly and annual closing tasks
• Maintenance and assurance of a correct accounting data basis
• Active participation in the digitalisation and optimisation of our financial processes as well as involvement in projects
• Communication with internal and external contacts
• Depending on language skills, communication with customers in French and/or Italian

 What you bring with you:

• A commercial basic education with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Initial or several years of experience in financial accounting
• Solid Excel skills and ideally experience with ERP systems
• An independent, reliable, and precise way of working
• Interest in digital processes and enjoyment in helping shape workflows
• Very good German language skills

This is a nice plus but not a must:

• Further training in finance and accounting
• Knowledge of Abacus software
• Language skills in French and/or Italian
