Gebr. Renggli AG is one of the leading Swiss suppliers of thermoplastic plastic products for the medical industry. In our cleanroom production, injection moulded parts are manufactured under class 7 conditions according to ISO 14644-1, further processed into assemblies and packaged. As a system supplier, Gebr. Renggli AG enjoys worldwide recognition.

We are looking for a Toolmaker to start as soon as possible with the following requirements:

Main tasks:

• Repairs and optimisations on existing injection moulding tools
• Coordination of repairs in collaboration with project management
• Manufacture of spare parts
• Support of production in fault analysis
• Maintenance of the machine park (machining machines)

Secondary tasks:

• Maintenance and servicing of injection moulding tools
• Proper provision and storage of injection moulding tools
• Modification of injection moulding tools
• Assessment of the usability of injection moulding tools and initiation of necessary measures
• Proactive contribution of optimisations to the injection moulding tools

You bring with you:

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic specialising in toolmaking or toolmaker
• Experience in metalworking, preferably in toolmaking, such as wire and sinker EDM, milling, grinding, polishing, etc.
• Experience in the manufacture, adjustment, final assembly and maintenance of injection moulding tools
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Independent, structured, resilient, flexible, reliable and a team player
• Language skills: good spoken and written German, English skills an advantage
