The headquarters in Frauenfeld (Thurgau) sets the pace for the globally sought-after Baumer sensor solutions. Around 700 employees from engineering, product management, manufacturing, logistics, sales and services work closely together here: engineers continuously develop new solutions, while the production and logistics teams ensure that the sensors arrive at customers on time and in Baumer quality.
Our location in Frauenfeld is home to around 700 employees and the starting point for sensor solutions used worldwide. For my team, I am therefore looking for a person who enjoys working outdoors, takes responsibility and takes pleasure in visible results. You do not simply maintain our green spaces according to plan, but independently recognise what needs to be done and pitch in. At the same time, you support us with minor maintenance work and, if necessary, contribute flexibly to the building services.
I am looking for a person with professional pride, a thoughtful nature and the ambition to contribute every day to a well-kept overall appearance. If you enjoy working independently, are a team player and take pleasure in a varied task, I look forward to meeting you.

What I move
- You take on the care and maintenance of our green spaces and ensure that lawns, flower beds, hedges, shrubs and trees always leave a well-kept impression.
- You carry out planting work as well as replacement and new plantings and actively contribute to the attractive design of our company premises.
- You perform cutting, cleaning and seasonal maintenance work such as weed removal, leaf clearance, pest control or winter services.
- You carry out minor repair and maintenance work indoors and outdoors and support the building services or cleaning team flexibly if required.
What it takes
- You have a completed training in gardening and landscaping (EBA/EFZ) or have several years of professional experience in professional green space maintenance.
- You have experience in handling motorised garden equipment and work safely, efficiently and with quality awareness.
- You work independently, proactively and reliably and recognise the need for action before others do.
- You convince with joy in work, professional pride and team spirit and have the ambition to help shape a well-kept environment.
