"Together onwards" – At the Schlossmatt Centre, around 300 employees from various fields work daily for the well-being of 186 residents. Our care centre specialises in the complex care of people with multiple disabilities, dementia care, as well as short stays for transitional and rehabilitation care. In addition to our diverse therapy offerings, our roof also houses a day centre, a nursery, and a restaurant for intergenerational encounters.Your tasks
- Professional execution of maintenance, interim, and deep cleaning
- Independent work with modern cleaning machines
- Occasional assignments in the area of dirty laundry and waste transport
- Taking on weekend duties including goat feeding according to the duty roster
- Contributing to a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for our residents
Your experience / strengths
- You work independently, flexibly, and have a strong service orientation.
- Respectful interaction with our residents is a matter of course for you, and you value personal contact.
- You impress with good physical condition as well as a neat and friendly appearance.
- You have good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B1) and basic IT knowledge.
