Your Tasks
Your Role in the Team
Together with the four-member Payroll team, you ensure the correct payroll processing for around 2,200 employees. You can expect a dynamic and appreciative environment with plenty of room for development and creativity.
Your Main Tasks
Manage payroll: Independently carry out, check, and maintain monthly payment and booking runs as well as mutations.
Share responsibility: Ensure the comprehensive handling of all payroll matters.
Solve special cases: Independently handle and process social insurance questions.
Advise & support: Competently inform employees and managers about payroll accounting and time management.
Optimise processes: Actively maintain and further develop payroll systems as well as payroll and time management processes.
Be a project participant: Help shape the upcoming harmonisation of payroll systems and employment conditions (including pension fund) of Domicil and Spitex.
Your Profile
- Solid practical experience as an HR/payroll specialist with profound knowledge and interconnected thinking.
- (Project) experience in system or condition harmonisation is a great advantage.
- Reliable, precise, independent, and strongly service-oriented.
- Team player, flexible, and ready to take on specialist responsibility.
- Knowledge of Abacus (payroll), Perigon & RTM (time recording) is an advantage.
