- You independently and solution-orientedly handle complex benefit cases in the accident insurance sector (UVG) and supplementary accident insurance (UVGZ)
- You communicate and negotiate with policyholders, insured persons, doctors, patient representatives, and other social and private insurers
- You write demanding correspondence including orders and conduct telephone conversations on an equal footing
- You work closely with our medical service
- You actively shape positive change – with curiosity and your constructive attitude
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- Commercial or equivalent education with experience in the insurance industry
- Solid expertise in accident insurance – or the willingness to deepen it quickly
- Empathetic and team-oriented personality, who works independently and reliably
- Basic medical knowledge is a must
- You communicate confidently in German – French and English are a plus
- And: You have humor, drive, and enthusiasm for change
