Your tasks
- Planning, informing, advising, and instructing patients with wounds and stomas
- Assessment, execution, and documentation of wounds and stomas in the clinical information system
- Organization and implementation of internal training on wound and stoma topics
- Collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team
- Workdays between Monday and Friday, no weekends
Your profile
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH with further education as a wound expert and stoma expert
- Professional experience as a wound expert and stoma expert
- Willingness for constructive collaboration in interprofessional teams, teamwork skills, and high social competence
- Organizational and coordination skills, as well as responsible, flexible, and independent thinking
- Workdays Monday to Friday
- Professional competence as well as the ability to acquire and pass on new knowledge to ensure quality assurance
