Introduction
A leading international teaching and research institution, UNIL has nearly 5,000 staff members and 17,000 students, distributed between the Dorigny campus and the CHUV and Epalinges sites. As an employer, it promotes excellence, recognition of individuals, and responsibility.
Presentation
Thanks to the work of more than 450 teachers and about fifty administrative and technical staff, the Faculty of Arts trains over 2,300 students.
The position of Head of HR Service at the Faculty of Arts aims to ensure the management and operational handling of human resources within the Faculty (teaching staff, intermediate staff, and PAT), in compliance with UNIL's normative framework, in agreement with the dean and the administrator, and in close collaboration with the central HR Service of UNIL. This is a proximity HR position whose objective is to provide advice, assistance, and follow-up, as well as to support individual situations in response to specific needs. In carrying out its missions, the holder of the position relies on a team made up of two academic contract managers.
