Your tasks

• You take on professional, holistic care and support of our clients at home and contribute with your commitment to their quality of life.
• You accompany, promote, and support our trainees (FaGe, AGS) in their practical training and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
• You conduct learning and qualification discussions, document learning progress, and work closely with the vocational training managers and practical trainers.
• You support the team in implementing a positive learning culture and contribute ideas for further development of the training.
• You actively participate in organising and conducting taster days, career fairs, or information events.
• You contribute to professional development and quality assurance and provide impulses for modern, future-oriented nursing practice.

What you bring

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ
• Completed further training as a Vocational Trainer
• Enjoyment in training and supporting learners
• Professional competence, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
• High social competence, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
• Good IT user skills and flair for digital tools
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
