Your tasks
- You take on professional, holistic care and support of our clients at home and contribute with your commitment to their quality of life.
- You accompany, promote, and support our trainees (FaGe, AGS) in their practical training and ensure a high-quality learning environment.
- You conduct learning and qualification discussions, document learning progress, and work closely with the vocational training managers and practical trainers.
- You support the team in implementing a positive learning culture and contribute ideas for further development of the training.
- You actively participate in organising and conducting taster days, career fairs, or information events.
- You contribute to professional development and quality assurance and provide impulses for modern, future-oriented nursing practice.
What you bring
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ
- Completed further training as a Vocational Trainer
- Enjoyment in training and supporting learners
- Professional competence, sense of responsibility, and an independent working style
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Good IT user skills and flair for digital tools
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
