Zürcher Freilager AG is a dynamic real estate company managing a development on its own site of the former duty-free warehouse in Zurich, comprising 850 rental apartments, 200 student flats and around 17,000 m² of office and commercial space.

To strengthen our team in Zurich we are looking for a committed and reliable person as Employee Cleaning & Infrastructure.

Your main tasks

• Regular cleaning of public buildings on the Zurich site
• Inspection and cleaning of streets, squares as well as rail network, car park and underground garage
• Maintenance of surroundings and upkeep work on outdoor facilities and in the buildings
• Waste separation and disposal
• General and minor service and repair work
• Processing tickets (fault, maintenance or repair tickets) in compliance with specified intervention and response times
• Recording consumption data
• On-call duty (including weekends)
• Carrying out winter services
• Supervision and inspection of external service providers
• Co-responsible for regular maintenance and cleaning of operational equipment

Your profile 

• Experience in maintenance, cleaning and caretaking work
• Manual skills as well as independent, precise and reliable working method
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B is mandatory
• Proven social competence in dealing/contact with tenants, employees and external service providers
• Communicative, flexible and resilient personality, team player
