To support our team at EKZ Emmen, we are immediately looking for a

Technical Caretaker LU (m/f/d) 100%

Your tasks

• You independently carry out minor maintenance work and repairs and initiate measures to remedy faults and irregularities if necessary
• You regularly conduct inspection rounds and reliably document the condition of the facilities
• You support the team with area cleaning
• You coordinate external service providers and suppliers, obtain quotes, and accompany their assignments on site
• You work closely in a team, take on Saturday shifts, and are on call for standby and emergency services if required

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in a technical profession and have already gained several years of work experience
• You have completed or are willing to complete training as a safety specialist (SiBe) and ideally as a sprinkler technician
• Several years of experience in technical or infrastructural building management help you to master complex tasks independently and efficiently
• You recognise customer needs early, act solution-oriented, and convince with your professional appearance and a well-groomed appearance
• A category B driving licence and very good German skills complete your profile
