Your area of responsibility:
You monitor and control production from the central control room using numerous monitors and systems, always complying with safety, quality, and environmental standards
You work closely and constructively with maintenance, production, quality management, and other departments
You ensure efficient and cost-optimal production operations so that we achieve our target quantities in the best quality
You actively support during shutdowns and revisions
You hand over your shift cleanly and completely, including relevant information on disruptions, process indicators, and organization
As part of your training to become a shift operator, you will undergo a 9- to 12-month induction as a shift specialist to get to know our plants and processes optimally
Your profile:
You have completed a technical, manual, or commercial vocational training
You are enthusiastic about production and technology, and new technologies do not deter you but make you curious
You have good German language skills in spoken and written form
You work reliably, independently, and take responsibility. At the same time, you are a true team player
You are ready to work in a 3-shift operation (early, late, night shift)
