Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the accounting team
- Ensuring correct, timely and transparent bookkeeping
- Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Analysis, optimisation and further development of existing financial processes
- Promotion of digitalisation and automation in the accounting area
- Clear preparation and communication of figures and complex contexts
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensuring a service-oriented and trustworthy collaboration
Your profile
- Professional certificate in finance and accounting or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in accounting, ideally in healthcare
- Leadership experience as well as enjoyment in developing and motivating employees
- IT affinity and experience with accounting software, knowledge of Lobos, Abacus and Perigon an advantage
- Structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Empathetic and integrous personality with a high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, diplomatic and at the same time assertive manner
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written

About us
The KZU with its two in-house day nurseries operates two care centres in Bassersdorf and Embrach as well as three care apartments in Nürensdorf and Winkel. It primarily offers older, care-dependent people a home and, in addition to various specialised services, a wide range of outpatient services. The KZU employs around 600 staff, including 75 apprentices and students in 17 different professional groups.
