As Project Manager Metal, you bear the technical and commercial overall responsibility for your projects – from the quotation to the final acceptance.

Your Tasks

• Analysis of tenders, preparation of quotations, calculations and specifications
• Technical advice to customers, architects and general contractors including variant and optimisation proposals
• Scheduling, resource and budget planning as well as technical planning with the drafting office
• Preparation of material lists for purchasing
• Issuing and monitoring production orders including quality control
• Planning of assembly operations and leading assembly teams on site
• Leading construction meetings and coordinating with site management, trades and specialist planners
• Final acceptance, defect and change order management, final billing and post-calculation
• Main contact person for the customer throughout the entire project duration

Your Profile

• Completed training in metal construction, mechanical engineering or comparable; further training as project manager metal construction, technician HF or comparable is an advantage
• Several years of experience as a project manager in metal construction, including calculation and change order management
• Confident handling of CAD software
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking, structured working method, resilience and decisiveness
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
