Your Responsibilities
- Acting assumption of the centre management’s duties during their absence, active participation in the management committees of ZFST and FPP
- Medical and psychiatric leadership of the assigned wards or areas, taking forensic aspects into account
- Supervision of medical, psychiatric, and psychotherapeutic treatments with special consideration of forensic core topics such as risk assessment, risk management, and risk communication
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration and professional guidance of the assigned staff
- Co-design of training and continuing education concepts, as well as conceptualisation of a new treatment area of the ZFST currently under construction
- Representation of the ZSFT or the clinic towards institutions, authorities, and within the PUK
Your Profile
- Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, ideally with a forensic focus
- Extensive clinical and forensic psychiatric experience/leadership experience
- Strong ability and motivation to work in a multiprofessional team
- High degree of loyalty
- Sense of responsibility, resilience, and decisiveness
- Confident handling of legal requirements and current scientific standards
