- With proactive intervention and risk assessments, you help minimize violence and escalation situations and reduce police deployments
- You care for patients in critical situations and reduce freedom-restricting measures through targeted advice and support
- You contribute with your expertise to increasing safety and quality in psychiatric care
This is what you bring
- You have completed vocational training in healthcare or public safety and have many years of professional experience
- You have experience in the field of de-escalation and/or aggression management and preferably have completed relevant further training
- You are used to acting quickly but calmly and thoughtfully in acute situations and making decisions
- You have strong presentation and counseling skills and are physically fit. A clean record is required.
- Willingness to mainly work in the late shift from approx. 2:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

- You support the interprofessional treatment teams in assessing and de-escalating conflict situations
- In your role, social skills, de-escalation, and communication are central
- Whether alone or in a two-person team, your range of action in your varied workday extends across all clinics and the entire site. You can largely control your daily routine yourself
