Do you want to develop digital products that truly make a difference in Swiss sport? Digitalisation opens up new opportunities for Swiss Olympic, our member associations, and the entire Swiss sports system. This is exactly where you come in: Together with specialist departments, users, and development partners, you design digital products and services that create real added value and sustainably advance Swiss sport. To strengthen our Digitalisation & Innovation division, we are looking for a committed individual as a Senior Product Owner (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

What you can achieve

• You are responsible for the vision, strategy, and roadmap of your products and services and ensure their alignment with the goals of Swiss Olympic and the needs of stakeholders.
• You manage the entire product lifecycle – from conception through launch and operation to continuous development or replacement.
• You identify and prioritise requirements together with specialist departments, users, member associations, and other partners.
• You lead interdisciplinary product teams professionally and coordinate further developments considering benefits, quality, costs, risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
• You ensure stable and needs-based operation of your products and services and coordinate collaboration with support organisations, suppliers, and external development partners.
• You recognise potentials in the areas of digitalisation, innovation, and artificial intelligence and integrate them into your products and services where they create concrete benefits.

What you bring

• You have a higher vocational qualification or a university degree (FH/Uni) in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of experience in the development and support of digital products and services, including standard and custom developments.
• You are familiar with agile and traditional project management methods.
• You convince through strong communication and moderation skills and lead interdisciplinary teams confidently and reliably.
• You work independently, in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
• You have very good German skills as well as good French skills – or vice versa – and good English skills.
