Tasks
- Lead Aquafit courses on Wednesdays and Thursdays at HSSB.
- Adapt class schedules based on participant needs and preferences.
- Inspire and teach adults in a fun and engaging manner.
Skills
- Experience in leading Aquafitness groups is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills in German; French is a plus.
- Possess valid BLS-AED certification and SLRG Pool Brevet.

About the job
The indoor, swimming and beach pool of the Murten region (HSSB) is an operation of the municipality of Murten. The HSSB offers guests an attractive and wide range of services and infrastructure for water sports and leisure at a unique location on Lake Murten.
From September 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for an Aquafit instructor for our Aquafit courses on Wednesday and Thursday.
Course times
- Wednesday: 2 courses between 09:45 - 11:40
- Thursday: 4 courses between 07:00 - 13:10
The course times can also be adjusted as needed.
Your profile
- Responsible, independent, motivated and reliable personality
- Enjoyment and pleasure in imparting knowledge to adult participants
- Ideally experience in leading an AquaFitness group, motivated persons without leadership experience are also welcome
- Language German, French advantageous (spoken)
- Valid BLS-AED certificate as well as the SLRG Basic Pool brevet
