In this role, you will look after selected premium buildings of a key account client. You will primarily be deployed at attractive locations along Lake Zurich as well as in Adliswil and Rüschlikon. Your focus is on careful inspection and smooth operation of the buildings.
What awaits you
- Daily rounds
- Recording of regular safety inspections
- Reporting of completed tasks to the client
- Taking over and processing all incoming tickets
- Carrying out repairs and improvement work
- Responsibility for first intervention
- Support with second interventions in case of malfunctions
- Participation in the emergency organisation
What you bring
- Training as a Facility Maintenance Specialist (EFZ) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in facility services or similar activities
- Good PC skills (MS Office)
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- English skills are an advantage
- Service orientation and customer focus
- Precise and reliable work quality
