To strengthen our "Plastics" Department, "Technical Office" sector, we are looking for a:
Administrative Methods Agent (M/F)
Tasks:
- Ensure the preparation, management and reliability of the technical data and documents necessary for production;
- Provide operational support to the Methods, Industrialisation and Planning activities, in collaboration with the Technical Office, Production, Mechanics, Quality, Purchasing and Planning departments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing routes and documentation by ensuring the creation, updating, filing and distribution of routes, work instructions and technical files.
- Analyse and define manufacturing data by using plans, 3D files and technical requirements to determine the steps and means necessary for production and contribute to the industrialisation of new products or modifications.
- Ensure the consistency and reliability of technical data by verifying the concordance between plans, 3D files, routes, bills of materials, instructions and ERP data, as well as traceability of changes.
- Administer production data in the ERP and 3DX by creating and maintaining articles, bills of materials, routes and production data, while ensuring the availability of technical files necessary for manufacturing.
- Act as the interface with production by preparing the data necessary for production launches, contributing to planning with Sector Managers and participating in handling emergencies and priority changes.
- Manage the means and resources associated with manufacturing by monitoring tooling, consumables and raw materials for Mechanics, as well as maintaining inventories and tracking stock levels.
Profile:
- Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in mechanics, micromechanics or training in plastics;
- Higher education such as ES Technician or equivalent qualification;
- Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in micromechanics, hard material machining or plastics;
- Experience in a structured environment focused on quality, costs and deadlines;
- Good proficiency with ERP tools and MS Office;
- Ability to formalise clear, structured and applicable technical documents for the workshop;
- Knowledge of plastics processes and associated constraints (injection, compression, transfer, elastomers) would be an asset;
- Ability to visualise plans and 3D files using software such as eDrawings Viewer;
- Analytical mind, rigour and ability to structure information;
- Service-oriented, responsive and solution-focused;
- Autonomy in managing priorities and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Team spirit, good communication and sense of cross-functional collaboration;
- Technical curiosity and willingness to improve methods and practices.
